Our Vision and Commitment
Our vision is to make LESKO S.A.C.I.F.I.A. (hereinafter “LESKO”) a company of excellence. Making a positive contribution to the community, protecting the environment, and operating with corporate social responsibility are some of the core pillars of our commitment to quality.
Ethical commitment is essential both to achieving excellence and to ensuring a sustainable relationship with the community. This Code of Ethics is the tool that LESKO establishes to put our values into practice in every activity:

The principles, rules and standards of conduct set forth in this Code of Ethics are the cornerstone of our actions. They must be known and understood by everyone.
This Code of Ethics sets forth the guidelines and standards of integrity and transparency to which we all must adhere. Every person is required to comply with it, regardless of their hierarchical level, specialty, or the activity they perform. Of course, neither this nor any other Code of Ethics can foresee every possible situation we may face. Under no circumstances does it replace the use of common sense and sound judgment of each individual. Its principles must be applied according to the specific circumstances of each context. In case of doubt, guidance should be sought from the immediate supervisor or the Integrity Committee.
Article 1. Object
To ensure that all LESKO personnel and all third parties associated with LESKO are aware of and comply with the rules of integrity and transparency in business, aligning all decisions and actions taken in the name, for the benefit, or in the interest of LESKO with said rules, and adopting an ethical and committed attitude in which potential breaches are prevented, ethical dilemmas are raised openly, and any irregularity that becomes known is reported without delay.
Article 2. Scope
This Code applies to all LESKO employees and workers, regardless of where they operate or the activity they perform on behalf of, in the name of, or representing the company. It must also be complied with by all third parties —including but not limited to business partners, representatives, clients, suppliers, members of joint ventures (UTEs), subcontractors— with whom LESKO engages in business or joint activities.
Article 3. Integrity in LESKO’s Business Activities
All LESKO's business decisions and actions must be guided by its values and ensure integral corporate performance.
3.1. The following is strictly prohibited:
Participating in LESKO's business or activities in a way that damages its commercial reputation...
Offering, making, or consenting to the payment of bribes...
3.2. The following guidelines must always be followed:
Acting at all times following ethical values of integrity, honesty, and transparency.
Conducting oneself before third parties at all times maintaining a respectful treatment...
Artículo 10. Ethical Channel
All members of the company are responsible for the correct application and compliance with the Code…

Article 15. Term of Validity
This Code enters into force on the business day following its approval. The same rule applies to its revisions, amendments, or updates.
